Idaho TBI Program

Our mission is to work with individuals with a traumatic brain injury (TBI) and their families to optimize Idaho's community-based system of sustainable, comprehensive, coordinated support.

Our purpose is to address barriers to TBI services, assessing the need for TBI services, and using the information to develop or expand a comprehensive, multidisciplinary, and easily accessible system of care for individuals with TBI and their families.

The Institute of Rural Health at Idaho State University has been funded since 2001 and the Idaho TBI Program is currently funded under the Traumatic Brain Injury Act of 2008 State Grant Program.
